great service but a few amenities could improve

The room's spacious layout with a comfortable couch and a modern shower design made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast variety surpassed my expectations, especially the delicious made-to-order omelets.

Some amenities, like toiletries, could be upgraded for a more luxurious feel.

Family with children paradise

! From hot everything to friendly staff keeping the food flowing, it was really something. Plus, we checked in early and took advantage of the awesome outdoor heated pool, just delightful, like a mini-vacation within a vacation.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, I’d say it was worth it.

Incredibly responsive staff made our stay exceptional, with special recognition to Miss Sydney at the reception for her five-star service. The breakfast offered delicious handmade pasta, contributing to a delightful dining experience. The Queen Room we stayed in was spacious and spotless, but noise from nearby rooms occasionally disrupted our peace.

The breakfast at Hyatt House was a total game changer! Those homemade sausages were next level, and the variety had us diving back for seconds. Plus, the staff was incredibly welcoming and the free airport shuttle was just the cherry on top!

The only hiccup was the nighttime sprinkler show outside our window. It jolted us awake, but honestly, everything else was so good we shrugged it off. We just wished we could've soaked up more of the hotel vibe on our one-night stay.

Staff welcomed me warmly after a flight delay, and the room was clean with a huge layout and a private bathroom. The breakfast was awesome, featuring a fresh buffet with lots of options. Nice outdoor swimming pool for relaxing, and the keycard security for the elevator was reassuring. Loved the quick shuttle to the airport!

The Studio Suite with Two Queen Beds and a Sofa Bed included a fully equipped kitchen—a nice touch for those wanting to prepare meals. The spacious layout provided ample room to relax after a taxing journey.

Encountered a hiccup at check-in. they don't accept cash, which wasn't indicated prior. After a long trip from Iceland, it took nearly half an hour on the phone to arrange for a card to settle up, which added unnecessary stress to the arrival. The breakfast had its shortcomings too. the scrambled eggs were rubbery, clearly overcooked rather than freshly prepared. Additionally, an early breakfast option would have been a welcome choice for those with early departures.

my stay at hyatt house was great! the room was exceptionally clean, and the mattress was comfortably firm, just how I like it. the staff was so friendly and welcoming. especially the shuttle driver, who had a fantastic sense of humor! the free airport shuttle was always on time.
